Chino, CA, June 28th, 2010 - Creative Bus Sales signed a "Participating Addendum" with DGS for their procurement of paratransit buses. The purpose of the offer from DGS was to provide a contractual mechanism for the State to directly procure Paratransit buses, given the absence of a "CalTrans" type statewide contract.
View the actual Participating Addendum signed by Creative Bus Sales. In the agreement you will find a new contract number 7-10-23-15-03. This new contract number only applies to "direct State purchases of paratransit buses" as stipulated in the document.
This agreement only applies to agencies where the State is directly procuring buses on their behalf. If the State buys your buses, they now have a mechanism to do so, without further delay.
